It's a non-big and suitable panel
It's often appears the necessity of making the border for image. This simple operation takes a lot of time but it can be automatized. Select the needed object in the document, then run this command, make two clicks - and all is ready.
You have the possibility to choose the distance from the frame to the object. Moreover, you are suggested two variants of border. In the bottom of the second variant there is some place for image description.

This is a small command for those, who accustoms to use ImageReady.
It automatically creates Slices based on those exist in the Guides document.
You can find this command after the installation process here: Commands->Slices from Guides.
The command has to work in all the Fireworks versions, but I’ve being tested it in FW8 and FW CS3 only.
At present I hadn’t done it's interface, but if it’s in demand among the users -
I can add some options for selection "Export file format (gif/jpg/png)" and automatically renaming the layers being created.

This panel is intended for batch file processing (the *. jpg files). With the help of it you can choose the group of *.jpg files and change their basic characteristics in batch mode.
You can change:

• Resolution. For images printing it's usually used the 300 dpi resolution. But there is no sense to upload such a heavy photo onto the web-site because it would take unjustified big amount of time for it's viewing. For web images it's enough the resolution of 75 dpi. This parameter influences a much upon the image size.

• Quality. As usual it's used the value of 85, and for some images it's enough the value of 75. The setting of this parameter into the value of 100 will make the quality of image a little bit better but enlarge the image size greatly.

• Smooth. This parameter changes from 1 to 8. It's also influences upon the image quality and it's size, but I recommend not to make it higher than 1.

• Scale. It's a caliber (scale) with the help of which the images from your folder will be resized. If you don't want to change its' size then set 100%.
  

If you want to process a lot of photos made up with the digital camera for the aim of placing them onto the web-site this application will be very useful for you.
Only *.jpg files are processed. Before processing I recommend to make an backup copy of your images. The changed files are saved over the original files.

With the help of this panel you can rename layers in the document (-s) in the batch mode.

You input the layer's or object's name and select search parameters. In “Math case” mode the tool seeks for the full coincidence between the name you input and the name of a layer or an object. In “Whole word” mode the tool seeks for any particular coincidence of the searchable word and if it finds it then it replaces it up to the word you input.
The tool searches and replaces in the whole document, i.e. it searches all the layers or objects and renames the founded. Before starting, the tool suggest you to save the document. It's necessary if you want to have the possibility to cancel the changes you made.
Further to this you have the possibility to rename layers or objects in several files in the batch mode. To do it it's necessary to go to the “In files” tab and select the folder with your files in Fireworks's format - png. The tool will read the folder content and show the list of *.png files from this folder. The search and replacement will be done only in selected files. For several files selection you may use “Shift” button. Before starting I also recommend to make the insurance copy of these files because there is no any other possibility for cancelling of the changes you made.

This command panel is intended for frame export from your document as an Flash slideshow. The former limitation upon the amount of frames is taken away, and now you have full professional version for free.
You know that it's possible to create several frames in the Fireworks's document, and it's used for animated gif's creation or rollOver actions for buttons.
But now you can do more.
Flash Slide Show in usage is very simple. You place your photos one by one in every frame (but the amount of frames is no less than two).
You design them, add the text. After that you run the panel from top menu: Commands->Flash Slide Show. You may set up such aspects in the slideshow as color, thickness and opacity of the frame, text for preloader, hide or show Preview, Next, Pause, Play buttons.
Additionally to this you may set up the slideshow order and effects for slides' transition. More detailed information about using of slideshow I placed in the “About” tab of this panel.
After you set up all the characteristics you click “Export” button and your slideshow is ready! You can place it on your blog, or may use it as an splash in the web-site, and I know a lot of other ways for usage of this. I created this panel for my own use, and, believe me, I tried to make it maximally usable J

There are several design features I want to attract your attention to.

• All images are exported in one combined *.swf file and are shown after it's full downloading. That's why don't try to use many number of images, as usual it's quite enough to use 5-6 images. Of course, there is a preloader (and very precise), that shows the percent of downloading of images.

• All initial data of slideshow is saved in your Fireworks's document. There is no necessity to edit it every time - it loads automatically. I've got many positive responses from customers for this feature.

• You can edit an image in the Fireworks by adding text, different elements of design - everything from this will be exported into the slideshow. It's not a simple photo album - it's a small presentation. And you have also the source file that can be edit afterwards in any time. You can use all the power of Fireworks's in a design for creation of Flash slideshow and at the same time know nothing about Flash!

• I think, the best usage for this slideshow - is a small insertion of the presentation into the website. For example - the website of furniture manufacturer. You make several photos of the arm-chair, that replace each other in a free order, and turn off the border visibility and showing of control buttons. After export you may place this small presentation on the page above arm-chair text description. Usually for this kind of work you need a Flash designer, but now you can save a little and anyway get the best result.
